Job Description
Dexter Magnetic Technologies is seeking an IT Director to lead the company's enterprise-wide IT environment, developing and managing technology solutions to enhance operational performance, support growth, and maintain compliance with regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive IT experience, including leadership responsibilities
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing IT strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Experience managing enterprise technologies including networks, servers, cloud platforms, Microsoft 365 environments, ERP systems, cybersecurity initiatives, and business applications
  • Strong leadership experience developing teams, driving operational improvements, and managing cross-functional technology initiatives
