Job Description
Inova Fairfax Medical Campus is seeking an IT Enterprise Desktop Sys Admin to join their team. This is a full-time position with a rotating on-call schedule. The role involves managing the installation of Windows end-user devices and peripherals, identifying and resolving complex problems, and ensuring the accuracy of documentation and procedures.

Requirements

  • Associate degree (or additional relevant experience in lieu of degree)
  • 1 year of experience in supporting a desktop environment with both basic administration and problem resolution and Microsoft Windows seven and Windows 10 and above issues
  • IT Desktop support experience
  • Experience working with break/fix and customer support
  • Microsoft office proficiency
