Job Description
The IT Field Service Technician is responsible for delivering on-site technical support across a broad range of IT infrastructure disciplines in the Greater Cincinnati, OH area.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT field services, network installation, or a related technical role
  • Hands-on experience with structured cabling installation and certification
  • Working knowledge of LAN/WAN networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP)
  • Proficiency with standard hand tools, power tools, cable testers, and punch-down tools
  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces, elevated areas, or variable conditions
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interface professionally with clients on-site
