IT Field Support Services Supervisor

The Supervisor - IT Field Support Services is a member of the Corporate IT staff responsible for managing a team of Field Support personnel that support and maintains all IT hardware and infrastructure located in all UNITED locations. The role involves supervisory responsibilities, managing processes, and working with various CCBCU external vendors.

What You Will Do

The day-to-day responsibilities include carrying out supervisory responsibilities, interviewing, hiring, and training associates, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, and addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Requirements

• Minimum age 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license required
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelines
• Ability to maintain safety and security of Company assets
• Ability to utilize all Company provided resources and technology
• Bachelor’s degree or 5-10 years of Information Technology experience
• Ability to travel (25-35%)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Proven ability to coach and manage needs and concerns of multiple associates
• Strong skills and experience in business analysis, project management, people management, and customer management
