Job Description
As an Information Systems Help Desk Associate, you are the end user support for all Von Maur and Dry Goods systems, playing a key role in solving timely issues and being the primary point of contact for problems and requests companywide.

Requirements

  • Solve timely issues related to PCs, operating systems, software, POS terminals, telephones, pagers, printers, thin clients, and CRTs
  • Utilize the help desk software to diligently track all requests
  • Place service calls with appropriate vendors
  • Maintain phone system and voicemail configurations for the company
  • Creates and runs special request queries
  • Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts, on-site in Davenport, IA
