Job Description
Longbridge is seeking a full-time IT Help Desk Technician to support remote employees and contribute to building home equity for seniors. This role involves troubleshooting, hardware upgrades, software installation, and providing support for various IT issues, leveraging tools like Copilot and Windows 10 Operating Systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • College degree required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Helpdesk Support position preferred
  • Excellent technical troubleshooting skills
  • Good communication skills (written, oral, and interpersonal)
  • Experience with local and remote end-user system support
  • Knowledge of installation, configuration, and support of computer systems
  • Proficiency with Windows 10 and 11 operating systems
  • Ability to work with various levels of organization and provide support for departmental meetings
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure
