Job Description
ARS is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to provide end-user support and manage software/hardware solutions in a hybrid Azure environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in account administration, troubleshooting, and deploying solutions within Microsoft and Linux ecosystems.

Requirements

  • Administer employee accounts using Windows Active Directory and Entra AD in a hybrid cloud environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues.
  • Track, document, and communicate with employees via collaboration tools and ticketing systems.
  • Develop, test, and deploy PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks and processes.
  • Develop, test, and deploy scripts using SaltStack (and related automation platforms).
  • Configure and maintain software/firmware updates for corporate devices.
  • Deploy, monitor, test, and troubleshoot resources and cloud infrastructure using Microsoft Azure.
