Role OverviewThe IT Help Desk Technician provides day-to-day technical support and maintenance of the company's IT systems, software, and hardware. This role ensures that employees have reliable and efficient access to technology resources.
What You Will Do
Install and configure software and hardware, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, provide technical assistance to users, and document issues and solutions.

Requirements
- Understanding computer hardware, software, and networks
