Role OverviewThe IT Help Desk Technician will provide day-to-day technical support to employees across the business, supporting end users with hardware, software, operating systems, connectivity, and access-related issues. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, configuring, and imaging new laptops, desktop computers, and other IT equipment, and troubleshooting basic network, Wi-Fi, VPN, and connectivity issues.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include setting up and configuring new IT equipment, installing and updating operating systems and software, diagnosing and resolving common hardware issues, monitoring and managing IT help desk tickets, and providing first-line technical support to employees.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in IT support, help desk, desktop support, or a related role
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and common business applications

- Experience using help desk or IT ticketing systems
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
