Job Description
The IT Helpdesk Intern will support day-to-day operations by assisting with basic technical support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance tasks.

Requirements

  • Provide first-level technical support
  • Respond to helpdesk tickets, emails, and phone inquiries
  • Assist with troubleshooting common issues
  • Support user account management
  • Help install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and IT procedures
  • Support inventory tracking of IT equipment and supplies
  • Escalate more complex technical issues to senior IT staff as needed
  • Participate in IT projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned
