Job Description
The IT Implementation Project Manager role supports a public-sector court environment by driving delivery of a custom case management system build and related data migration efforts. You’ll lead vendor execution and governance while partnering with court stakeholders to keep scope, schedule, deliverables, and quality on track in a Microsoft Dynamics–adjacent implementation landscape.

Requirements

  • Lead vendor execution against contract scope, schedule, deliverables, and quality expectations.
  • Establish and run a structured cadence for status reporting, action tracking, and escalation management.
  • Identify vendor delivery and performance risks early, and drive corrective actions to keep the program on plan.
  • Coordinate day-to-day execution between the implementation vendor and court stakeholders to maintain alignment and decision velocity.
  • Drive planning and oversight for migrating data from a legacy system into Microsoft Dynamics as part of the broader implementation effort.
  • Produce weekly status reporting and executive summaries that clearly communicate progress, risks, decisions, and next actions.
