Job Description
IT Integration Support: responsible for system monitoring, maintenance, and support of all networked software and operating systems, providing end-user support and troubleshooting applications and software.

Requirements

  • Field Technician experience
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Cisco and Networking experience
  • Basic Microsoft Windows/Microsoft 0365 environment
  • Experience with Asset Management and ITSM Platforms
  • Excellent attitude and interpersonal skills
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of personnel
  • Detail and customer service-oriented
  • Problem-solving skills to resolve issues
  • Must be willing to work outside normal business hours as needed
  • Must have strong Microsoft Windows 10 hands-on experience
  • English fluency
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Ability to Travel via Airline
