Job Description
We are seeking an IT Intern - Desktop Support to assist our IT team in providing entry-level phone support to end-users, password reset, ticket entry, login issues, and maintaining IT assets. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in IT support operations.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and general troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
