Job Description
Provide first-level IT support to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and work closely with the IT team on daily operations and special projects.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and Windows operating systems
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
