Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Operations Intern to support key system improvement and security initiatives within our IT department.

Requirements

  • Must be local to Yuba City and surrounding areas
  • Internship starting first week of June
  • Hour will be Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Assist in fine-tuning the IT OPS ticketing system to enhance reporting capabilities
  • Analyze current workflows and recommend improvements for system efficiency and user experience
  • Work closely with IT Operations staff to document processes, testing results, and system updates
  • Interns must currently be attending college and preferably majoring in Business MIS
