Role OverviewWe are seeking an accomplished IT leader to serve as the Jencap's Head of ConceptOne Agency Management Platform. This role combines deep insurance broking domain knowledge with proven program delivery, change management, and technical leadership capability.
What You Will Do
Provide regular program updates, manage third-party suppliers, develop project plans, and lead end-to-end ConceptOne platform migration activities.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with Concept One
- 15+ years of insurance experience
- Understanding or experience with Database design and Object-oriented concepts
- Analytical and critical thinking
- Great written and oral communication
- Experience with process mapping, group facilitation, data gathering and analysis, and phases of project life cycle
