Role OverviewThe IT Manager - Workforce Management will lead and develop the IT Time & Attendance team within the Human Capital Management (HCM) portfolio. This role is responsible for overseeing the strategy, delivery of high-quality solutions, and ongoing support of our workforce management solutions in UKG, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring our systems accurately capture, process, and report employee time and attendance data in compliance with business and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include team leadership and development, strategic delivery and operations, compliance and accuracy, process improvement and issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements
- 5+ years of management or team lead experience in enterprise-level Time & Attendance, Workforce Management, or related HR technology solutions
- Deep understanding of Time & Attendance and Workforce Management business processes and technologies
- UKG Workforce Management certification(s) preferred
- Experience leading and developing technical and functional teams
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and other labor compliance requirements, leave regulations, overtime calculations, and workforce governance
- Experience leveraging AI-driven capabilities, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies to optimize workforce management processes and improve business outcomes
- Proficiency in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and Agile, Lean, Scrum and Kanban delivery frameworks
- Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
