Job Description
This role is responsible for planning, managing, and supporting the organization's enterprise middleware technologies, including MuleSoft, ETL tools, MFT, message brokers, and various integration platforms.

Requirements

  • Develop a high performing team.
  • Plan, manage, and support the enterprise middleware technologies, including MuleSoft, ETL tools, MFT, message brokers, B2B applications.
  • Lead and develop a team of middleware developers and support engineers to successfully deliver large and complex integration projects.
  • Provide Level 3 (L3) escalation support for production systems, including related enhancements.
  • Drive architecture and design improvements while continuously enhancing integration processes, tools, and operational efficiencies.
  • Partner with application leads on major initiatives, representing the integration team and performing technical analysis, internal consulting, and design reviews.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Prepare regular status reports, dashboards, and metrics related to integration activities.
