Job Description
The IT Manager- Infrastructure is responsible for the planning, implementation, and ongoing support of the organization’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, data centers, and cloud services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure roles with at least 2 years in a management or technical lead position
  • Hands-on experience with HP Aruba enterprise networking solutions, including wireless, switching, and ClearPass
  • Strong understanding of virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V), Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and backup/recovery systems
  • Experience with hybrid cloud infrastructure and services (Microsoft Azure, M365)
  • Familiarity with change management, patching, monitoring, and asset lifecycle practices
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • ITIL Foundation or similar process framework knowledge
  • Experience supporting multi-site or manufacturing operations with uptime-critical systems
