Role OverviewThe IT Manager, Business Applications – Institutional Advancement provides leadership for the technology solutions that support the institution's fundraising, alumni engagement, advancement services, and donor relations functions. This position manages a team responsible for Salesforce application support, business reporting, data analysis, and application development while serving as the primary technology partner for the Institutional Advancement division.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- At least 4 years of related technical experience
- At least 5 years of experience supporting enterprise business applications
- Experience supervising or leading technical staff
- Experience supporting Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms
- Experience with business reporting, dashboards, and data analysis
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and change management practices
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality customer service
