The analyst will work onsite in Columbia, SC, with a 12-month contract period and potential to extend or convert.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include responding to inbound calls/emails, documenting problems, escalating issues, identifying trends, and building support proficiency. The analyst will also work independently and collaboratively with peers and other teams.

Requirements
- High school degree
- 0-2 years of experience in Tech Support Call Center
- Above-average computing and navigational skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
- Microsoft Office 365 skills (Word, Excel, OneNote, and PowerPoint)
- IT Helpdesk experience
- Technical degree and/or IT Certification (preferred)
Benefits
