Role OverviewThis position combines hands-on systems and network administration with project coordination or data integration responsibilities across the organization’s multi-site, hybrid environment. Primary duties include monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and installing and configuring various software, hardware, and networks, while also planning and driving IT projects to completion and designing, building, and maintaining integrations between enterprise systems and data sources.
What You Will Do
Maintain network and system security through the monitoring of logs and management of firewall policies, manage enterprise systems, plan and execute IT projects, design and implement integrations between enterprise systems and data sources, and provide end user technical support.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role
- Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery processes
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex networks and virtual infrastructure
- Working knowledge of relational databases (e.g. Microsoft SQL Server)
- Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and manage projects and tasks through to completion
- High levels of interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage own time efficiently
