Job Description
The IT Operations Manager will oversee day to day IT operations, ensuring systems run reliably, securely, and in compliance with standards and regulations. The selected candidate will also participate in strategic projects and act as a liaison between the IT team and external partners.

Requirements

  • Certificate from an accredited technical school with a specialization in computer operations
  • 2 years of satisfactory full-time computer operations experience in a large-scale networked environment
  • Proven track record of successfully managing IT operations
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and Bureau leadership
  • Strong understanding of IT standards and regulations
