Job Description
The NYC Department of Consumer and Worker Protection (DCWP) is seeking a part-time IT OPS Intern to assist the IT Operations team in updating and enrolling laptops into the Mobile Device Management platform, agency inventory-asset tracking, and helpdesk support.

Requirements

  • Matriculation at an accredited college or graduate school
  • Employment is conditioned upon continuance as a student in a college or graduate school
  • 9 semester credits in an acceptable course of study in information technology, computer science, management information systems, data processing, or closely related field
