Role OverviewThe DOHMH IT Division is seeking a highly analytical IT Product Specialist to apply rigorous research, data analysis, and evaluation methodologies to define, prioritize, and drive the development of IT products that directly enhance public health program operations. The role involves acting as a bridge between technical development teams and program stakeholders, ensuring that digital products are data-informed, user-centric, and strategically aligned with agency goals.
What You Will Do
Duties include conducting continuous user research and statistical analysis, using usage data and system metrics to identify pain points and optimize product performance, systematically evaluating product outcomes, and creating and updating comprehensive system topologies.
