Role OverviewThe IT Programs and Agencywide AOTPS Contracts unit oversees the Information Technology Services (ITS) expense budget, monitors ITS spending, reviews and approves fiscal requests, and ensures expenses are within the approved budget. The unit also manages the agencywide contracts for temp staff and language translation. The IT Programs Budget Manager will oversee the Expense and Capital budgets for ITS, and agencywide AOTPS contracts for temp staff and language translation.
What You Will Do
The IT Programs Budget Manager will review and evaluate fiscal requests and proposals, assess and monitor the budgets for AOTPS needs, review and coordinate contract and procurement actions, prepare and enter budget modifications, and run and extract reports.

The ideal candidate will have a baccalaureate degree in computer science or a related field, and four years of satisfactory full-time experience related to the area(s) required by the particular position and a specialization in a relevant technology, process, methodology and/or domain.
