IT Project Coordinator

The IT Project Coordinator will report directly to the IT PMO Manager and help to coordinate and support smaller, internal IT projects, or assist on larger projects by managing tasks, facilitating communication, tracking progress, and working closely with technical teams to ensure projects meet timelines and customer needs.

What You Will Do

Manage smaller development projects from initiation through closeout, apply Agile and Waterfall project management practices, facilitate project meetings, work closely with technical leads and cross-functional teams, and prepare and maintain key project documentation.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in project coordination or equivalent experience
• Understanding of the project lifecycle, including timeline, scope, and resource management
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and practices
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency with project management platforms (e.g. Asana, Jira)
• Basic proficiency with collaboration and communication tools (e.g. Microsoft Teams)
• Familiarity with internal systems (e.g. Palm, Dash, Associate Link, Arrow, and INO Reporting tools), preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
