Job Description

The ideal candidate will have expertise in system applications, technical knowledge of system architecture, and experience in project management, data collection, and analysis.

Requirements

  • Obtain expert-level technical knowledge of several existing system applications
  • Assume role of liaison between the Bureau of Vital Statistics operations
  • Assess proposed system enhancements for technical risk and technology options
  • Gather and document requirements for targeted system improvement
  • Oversee Quality Assurance team in the creation of test plans
  • Train users on new features
  • Plan and submit Change Management Request (CMR) for deployments of upgrades
  • Become a subject matter expert on the business and technical operations of vital records systems
