Role OverviewThe IT Project Manager is part of a highly collaborative IT solutions team that works closely together to tackle projects ranging from enterprise infrastructure to software implementations and business process improvement initiatives.
What You Will Do
Primary responsibilities include planning and managing individual projects, partnering with vendors' implementation teams, communicating with and aligning stakeholders and project teams, and managing exceptions to ensure smooth delivery of quality results on schedule and budget.

Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent experience, plus two (2) to four (4) years of relevant experience in IT project management and/or solution development and delivery.
- Ability to manage all aspects of the project management lifecycle with minimal managerial assistance, utilizing common project methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall, and specifically projects following SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes.
- Highly proficient with relevant software applications such as Microsoft MS-Office, Visio, and project management tools like MS Project or Smartsheet.
- Ability to work well in a matrixed environment of team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage time and stay organized amidst multiple time demands.
