Role OverviewThe position is for a highly skilled Project Manager working in a very integrated technical environment, within the SLA ITS. The team integrates multiple technologies, and the consultant will be required to work utilizing HBITS identified high demand tools in technologically advanced environments.
What You Will Do
Manage scope, schedule, and budget of complex multi-year ITS projects, guiding multi-entity project teams in multiple projects, and be accountable for requirements gathering, creation of business and technical requirements, testing, and deployment planning.

Requirements
- 84 months of experience as a Project Manager managing 3-5 simultaneous application development projects
- Experience with project quality planning, quality assurance, end-to-end system testing, quality control, user acceptance testing (UAT) defect and metrics management, and quality governance
- Experience managing and leading multi-phased, high visibility projects, and reporting to the highest-level government IT projects in a State or Federal Agency
- 36 months of post PMP project management experience implementing business process re-engineering and organizational change management projects
