Role Overview

The IT Project Manager will work within the Application Program Management Team, collaborating with other project teams to build software solutions that integrate common services across the application portfolio and other enterprise systems used by customers and dealers. This role is critical to ensuring successful integration of applications with various digital platform capabilities built on modern technologies, applying industry-leading architecture patterns and security best practices to support application adoption and success.

What You Will Do

Serve as the accountable owner for successful project completion — on time, within budget, and error-free. Manage the planning and execution of project team members across the full project lifecycle, from concept through prototype, pilot, implementation, and follow-up.

10+ years of direct project management experience leading software engineering teams within an Agile Software Development methodology, in partnership with business stakeholders and product managers. A consistent track record of tenures of 18 months or longer in prior roles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business) plus 8+ years of relevant experience
  • 10+ years of direct project management experience leading software engineering teams within an Agile Software Development methodology
  • Experience managing projects from inception, with demonstrated ability to lead teams to alignment
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, SAFe, and/or Change Management certification
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification
  • Prior Scrum Master experience in addition to core project management experience
  • Experience working within large, enterprise-level organizations
  • Experience with eCommerce and/or service-related applications or projects
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project
  • Experience leading large-scale organizational change management
