Role OverviewThe IT Project Manager will work within the Application Program Management Team, collaborating with other project teams to build software solutions that integrate common services across the application portfolio and other enterprise systems used by customers and dealers.

Serve as the accountable owner for successful project completion — on time, within budget, and error-free. Manage the planning and execution of project team members across the full project lifecycle.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- 10+ years of direct project management experience leading software engineering teams within an Agile Software Development methodology
- Experience managing projects from inception, with demonstrated ability to lead teams to alignment
- A consistent track record of tenures of 18 months or longer in prior roles
- 5+ years of experience with Azure DevOps (formerly VSTS) and Confluence
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project
- Experience leading large-scale organizational change management
- Strong strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to drive alignment and set direction
