Role OverviewThis position is responsible for the successful completion of large, long-range, or multiple highly-complex information technology (IT) projects at the corporate level. The IT Project Manager Senior will direct and manage enterprise/corporate level IT project development from beginning to end, including highly complex or at-risk projects.
What You Will Do
The IT Project Manager Senior will develop project scope, cost estimates, human resource requirements, work plans, time schedules, communication plans, and make work assignments to meet complex project or program objectives. They will also write Request For Proposals (RFP) for external services and manage contracts and vendor performance.

Requirements
- Graduation with a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in a field related to the job
- Six (6) years of experience in a related field
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Program Management or Professional (PgMP) Certification or ability to obtain one within 6 months of hire
- Local, state, or federal project experience
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing electric utility projects
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise level organizational change management initiatives
- Experience monitoring contracts and managing vendor relations and performance
- Experience managing grant funded projects
