Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced IT Project/Program Manager to provide formalized leadership and work direction to assigned teams while ensuring timely and effective project execution.

Requirements

  • Provide formalized leadership and continuing work direction to assigned teams
  • Plan and direct the installation of Information Technology projects across multiple business areas
  • Lead and coordinate technology projects with business partners to deliver IT capabilities and solutions aligned with enterprise objectives
  • Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
  • Secure required resources and use formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and provide executive-level project oversight
  • Lead the continuous improvement of IT governance frameworks
  • Oversee employee development, coaching, and ongoing performance management
  • Lead M365 implementations including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform
