Job Description
The IT Property Support Engineer I supports IT systems in front of house and back of house environments, including networks, hardware, software, and property-specific platforms.

Requirements

  • Deploy systems, tools, and processes for projects and initiatives
  • Track project tasks and ticket progress
  • Follow established standards and procedures
  • Meet assigned ticket quotas within defined SLAs and service expectations
  • Support project work by completing assigned tasks on time
  • Work closely with Property IT leadership and business partners
  • Apply working knowledge of Caesars business processes, system platforms, and infrastructure
  • Assist with vendor coordination, evaluations, and documentation
  • Collaborate with delivery and support teams to resolve issues and support business objectives
