Role OverviewThe Remote Site Associate will support the planning, coordination, and design of IT-related activities for new and current projects, ensuring all IT hardware and software requirements are met.

The main responsibilities include defining telecommunications and data circuit requirements, participating in project calls, conducting site visits, and providing inputs for orders and invoices.

Requirements
- Bachelor's in Telecommunications or related field
- 1-3 years of progressive experience in Field Telecom / Networking Support
- Experience managing both infrastructure and business application initiatives
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to perform discovery and assessment functions
- Understanding of Network operations including switching, routing, firewalls, and Help Desk/Tech Support
