Role OverviewThe IT Scrum Master supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will work in close partnership with the Release Train Engineer (RTE).
What You Will Do
Partner directly with the RTE to define, mature, and align the Scrum Master role with program-level SAFe frameworks and Agile release trains. Facilitate an optimized Agile battle rhythm tailored to the unique operational needs and delivery cycles of the IT and infrastructure teams.

Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.

- Must have 4, or more, years of general (full-time) work experience, May be reduced with completion of advanced education
- Must have 2, or more, years of directly related experience acting as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Project Manager.
- Must hold a current Agile certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)).
- Must have experience using Agile management and collaboration tools (such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps) to facilitate remote and hybrid teams.
- Must have experience applying Agile methodologies to IT operations.
