Job Description
The IT & Security Manager will own and operate LEAP's internal IT environment, providing hands-on support, managing vendors, and driving improvements to reduce operational friction. The role is responsible for ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure that supports engineering, manufacturing, and corporate operations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of IT experience with increasing ownership
  • Experience supporting internal business environments
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
  • Experience managing SaaS platforms and user access
  • Experience working with external vendors or consultants
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently
  • Strong prioritization and problem solving ability
  • Clear communication with technical and non-technical teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, high accountability environment
  • Strong documentation discipline
