Job Description
This individual will apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve systems issues in order to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments. Gathers requirements, makes technical recommendations, configures, and implements computer systems, subsystems or modifications to existing systems to achieve the objectives of projects assigned in the most efficient manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree that emphasizes Math, Business or computer science
  • 1 year of system support and analysis
  • Associates Degree/Certification
  • 2 years of help desk experience
