Job Description
Mac Service Desk Technician (L2) required for 12-month W2 contract. Daily on-site presence at Sunnyvale site, with occasional support at Northern SF location. Pay up to $42/hr. Experience in managing Mac and Windows enterprise environments with over 500 users, SaaS applications, and IT hardware management required.

Requirements

  • IT end user support experience in a Mac focused environment
  • Prior experience providing Desktop Support at Tier 2 levels
  • Experience using desktop imagining and MDM tools
  • Thorough knowledge of PC hardware, PDA devices, desktop software, Windows, O365, anti-virus, internet browsers, and network connectivity
  • Hands-on experience working with and updating support tickets in a ticket management platform
  • Customer focused approach to delivering excellent service and support to internal customers
