IT Site Technician II

The IT Site Technician II will own day-to-day technology support at the Grimes headquarters, prioritizing production uptime while delivering polished support to the office workforce. The role requires someone who can prioritize effectively across competing demands and has experience supporting end-user devices, senior leaders, and production-connected technology.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include supporting plant-floor and warehouse technology, providing hands-on IT support to plant operations and shipping and receiving teams, and owning the IT side of the equipment returns process. The role also involves supporting remote and hybrid employees, acting as the L2 escalation point for the Grimes site, and participating in the major incident call tree.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of IT support experience in an environment supporting 100+ users
• Hands-on experience supporting end-user devices: Windows 11 PCs, printers, mobile devices, and conferencing/AV equipment
• Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders or executives with professionalism, discretion, and urgency
• Strong organizational skills, including experience with asset tracking or inventory management
• Basic networking fundamentals (patching, port identification, connectivity troubleshooting)
• Strong documentation habits and experience working from a ticketing system
• Experience supporting technology in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment where PPE is required
• Able to prioritize effectively across competing demands, with production uptime as the standing priority
