Job Description
The IT Specialist - Infrastructure role is responsible for providing technical support to employees, responding to incidents and requests, and maintaining standard operating procedures. The position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience with ITIL processes and infrastructure management.

Requirements

  • Actively participate in maintaining a zero-incident safety culture
  • Live and champion the Commonwealth Rolled Products core values
  • Member of the Service Delivery team supporting all Commonwealth sites
  • Responsible for the application of systems analysis techniques and procedures
  • Assist in the operation and maintenance of all information technology digital and telecommunications equipment
  • Support global ITIL processes and IT Service Management tools
  • Provide On Location Team Support of US locations as needed
  • Collaborate with business relationship managers, infrastructure and application IT employees
  • Execute a patch management program in adherence to the company standards
