IT Specialist

Requirements

• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network equipment
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement software updates, patches, and security measures
• Monitor network infrastructure for performance and security
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security settings
• Conduct regular backups of critical data and develop disaster recovery plans
• Provide technical guidance and training to end-users
• Procure and inventory IT equipment and supplies
• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers
• Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies
• Participate in the development and maintenance of IT policies, procedures, and documentation
• Support remote and on-site users
• Conduct regular system and network performance analysis
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement cybersecurity measures
• Assist in the resolution of IT-related audit findings
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by management
