Job Description
HotFoot Recruiters is hiring an IT Specialist to manage internal IT operations for a growing semiconductor-related company in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate is a junior-level or entry-level IT professional with a strong attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to support both local and overseas teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
1-2 years of experience or internship in IT support, help desk, or technical support preferred
Basic understanding of IT support fundamentals, hardware/software troubleshooting, and networking concepts
Strong communication skills and ability to support non-technical users
Positive attitude, strong learning ability, and willingness to grow in a fast-paced environment
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks
Interest in working in a semiconductor or technical manufacturing environment is a plus
