Role OverviewThe IT Specialist is responsible for the administration, maintenance, security, and continuous improvement of Impact Life's technology infrastructure. This position combines systems administration, technology planning, cybersecurity, vendor coordination, and end-user support to ensure employees have reliable technology resources to successfully carry out the organization's mission.
What You Will Do
Provide timely technical support to employees, administer Microsoft 365, maintain office technology infrastructure, and recommend technology improvements that enhance organizational efficiency and security.

Requirements
- Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible IT experience.
- Demonstrated experience administering Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, user account management, licensing, security settings, and multi-factor authentication.
- Experience supporting Windows-based computers, hardware deployment, software installation, and office technology.
- Experience maintaining office technology infrastructure, including wireless networks, printers, and related equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and the ability to travel between Impact Life locations throughout Delaware.
