The IT Specialist will provide technical support to end users, troubleshoot and resolve network and computer-related issues, and perform hardware and software upgrades and repairs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root cause of problems and resolve them quickly
  • Strong understanding of Windows Server/Windows Operating System/Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to install/configure software on computers
