Job Description
IT Specialist responsible for providing daily support for IT-related issues, managing IT Helpdesk, troubleshooting and maintenance of POS systems, and assisting IT Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in an IT role
  • 2+ years of experience managing projects and people
  • Strong IT operational background
  • Bilingual (Korean-English) required
