Role Overview

The IT Support Administrator serves as one of the Foundation's primary points of contact for IT support, managing user identity and access across Foundation, University, and cloud-based systems while providing responsive, professional technical support to all Foundation staff.

What You Will Do

Provisions and manage user accounts and access controls across Foundation, University, and cloud-based systems, provides Tier 1/Tier 2 technical support, and creates and tracks support tickets in the Foundation's official ticketing system.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years of IT experience (or an associate’s degree substituting for one year, or a bachelor’s degree substituting for two years)
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
