Role OverviewThe UNM School of Law Information Technology Department is seeking a responsible, self-motivated student to join our IT team. This position provides hands-on experience supporting the technology needs of faculty, staff, and students while developing technical, customer service, and professional skills in a collaborative environment.
What You Will Do
Assist with the maintenance of Windows-based laptops and desktops, Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365, multi-function and personal printers, and other technology resources throughout the Law School. Troubleshoot technical problems, perform technical functions, and assist in training faculty, staff, and students on the technologies supported by Law IT.

Requirements
- Ability to lift moderately heavy objects such as workstations and printers
