Job Description
Welltower is looking for a highly motivated IT Support Analyst to join their Plano, TX office. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional end-user support through a customer-centric IT Service Desk model and work closely with the Technology and Infrastructure team.

Requirements

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests
  • Provide professional call handling and troubleshooting
  • Utilize the Jira Service Management ticketing system
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Monitor ticket queues and phone queues
  • Contribute to Knowledge Base articles and self-service documentation
  • Build positive relationships with end-users
  • Identify trends in recurring incidents and collaborate with IT teams
  • Support Microsoft 365 technologies and configure, deploy, and manage Windows and mobile endpoints
