Job Description
Welltower is looking for a highly motivated IT Support Analyst to join their Plano, TX office. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional end-user support through a customer-centric IT Service Desk model and work closely with the Technology and Infrastructure team.
Requirements
Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests
Provide professional call handling and troubleshooting
Utilize the Jira Service Management ticketing system
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Monitor ticket queues and phone queues
Contribute to Knowledge Base articles and self-service documentation
Build positive relationships with end-users
Identify trends in recurring incidents and collaborate with IT teams
Support Microsoft 365 technologies and configure, deploy, and manage Windows and mobile endpoints
